Wiener Schnitzel

Our rendition of the iconic Wiener Schnitzel features thinly pounded, breaded, and pan-fried veal, achieving a perfect golden crispness. Traditionally served with a wedge of lemon and our creamy, tangy potato salad, it's a timeless classic executed with absolute precision and flavour.

Königsberger Klopse

Delicate veal meatballs simmered gently in a luxurious white sauce infused with capers and a hint of lemon. This East Prussian specialty is comforting, flavourful, and beautifully balanced, often served with boiled potatoes or rice to soak up the exquisite sauce. A true taste of German culinary heritage.

Sauerbraten

Our signature Sauerbraten is made with succulent beef, marinated for days in a blend of vinegar, herbs, and spices, then slow-roasted until fork-tender. The rich, slightly sweet and sour gravy is a perfect counterpoint to the tender meat, typically accompanied by traditional red cabbage and fluffy potato dumplings.
